Q: How do I register?

A: To register, you can do either of the following:

      1) Click on the 'Start Here' button on the homepage 
       2) Click 'Register' under the Member Login area (top left)

Q: How do I validate my email address?

A: When receiving the 'Validate Email' message, go to your personal email account outside of the mom2mom website. You will receive an email from mom2momexchange. Open the email and click on the link in the message. Your email address will then be validated, and you can begin selling.
 

Q: What if I didn't receive my verification email? 

A: You can have the verification email resent by clicking here, or if you think that you signed up with an incorrect email address, you can re-register.
 

Q: How do I list/sell an item? 

A: You must be a registered member to sell on mom2momexchange. To register, you can do either of the following:

    1) Click the 'Start Here' button on the homepage
    2) Click the 'Register' link in the Member Login area (top left) 
      
Then choose your membership level.

Q: How do I keep track of the items I am selling? 

A: Click on 'Your Account' in the Member Login area. You will see the items you have listed under, 'My Listing's'

Q: How do I delete an item?

A: You can delete an item from the 'My Account' area. Click on the item you want to delete. You will then see a 'Delete' button. This will remove the item from your active listings.

Q: I do not have a Paypal account. How do I set one up?

A: Click on the link below. Choose your account type based on your needs.

Q: How do I decide how much to charge for shipping?

A: You can use the Shipping Calculator provided by the USPS. If your item is under 13oz, $3.50-$4.00 will always cover your shipping costs.

Q: How do I send a member a message?

A: Click on the members profile link/about me icon, then click on "Send Me A Message."
